For over 50 years, Thai Airways International has grown from a small domestic airline to the major international carrier that it is today. Thai Airways International are able to offer a range of seat classes to suit your preferred method of travel.

Royal First Class offers reclining sleeper seats in a spaciously arranged cabin while enjoying delicious dishes served on fine chinaware. Passengers may also request a video Walkman and select their own entertainment from an onboard video library that includes five first-run movies, three classic films, one ballet or music video, and one major sports event video. (This is only available on international flights.)

Even in economy class, good seating and excellent meals equivalent to those served in some airlines' business class. Passengers can enjoy a wide range of entertainment programs and facilities (see below). For parents with small children, there are bulkhead anchors for complimentary bassinets, and nappy-changing shelves in the toilets.

Twilight Check-in
For those residing in the Gatwick area the day prior to flight departure Virgin Atlantic offers a “Twilight” check-in service between 3pm and 9pm, allowing passengers to check-in baggage and secure boarding passes.

Check in and Chill out
A similar check-in service “Check in and Chill out” is available at some Caribbean resort hotels on the morning of the return flight. Refer to individual hotel's Special Notes section to confirm whether participating in scheme.
